About your NGH Certified Instructor, Paula Arndt

Paula’s passion for helping others has been a lifelong journey. Registered as a Hypnosis Therapist with the National Guild of Hypnotists since 1995, she has dedicated her efforts to see others succeed in health and wellness.  Paula is an entrepreneur with passion, having built, operated and managed a successful complementary health care centre in Halifax, NS, which focused on hypnosis therapy, massage therapy, foot and ear reflexology, Reiki treatments, Therapeutic Touch, and teaching Hatha yoga classes. Paula is certified and seasoned in the instruction of hypnotherapy, reflexology and infant massage. Paula is certified in Hypnosis for Pain Management. Paula is certified in Hypnosis for Pain Management and has extensive training in hypnodontics and parts therapy.  She is registered with the NGH and the Professional Board of Hypnotherapy, Inc. (Canada). She is also a founding member of  The Massage Therapists’ and Wholistic Practitioners’ Association of the Maritimes.
